Vision™ Solid Surface is a product of EVS Solutions, Inc. of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Established in 1978, EVS Solutions started as a fabricator of laminate countertops. A second plant was opened in Pana, Illinois in 1988.

In the early ‘90's the company began postforming its own laminate countertops with the addition two postforming lines at the Portage facility. Since then, the EVS Solutions has grown to become one of the larger regional postformers of residential and commercial laminate countertops in the Midwest.

EVS Solutions’s entry in the solid surface arena began in the late ‘90s with the development of Visioneer® Solid Surface. Visioneer® is a ¼” solid surface product laminated to a particle board substrate. Dubbed “the other countertop,” the company saw Visioneer® as a cross (or hybrid) between laminate countertops and traditional solid surface.

In 1998 a plant was built in Pardeeville, Wisconsin exclusively for the manufacturing of Visioneer® Solid Surface. Visioneer® was introduced in 1999, and as the company had envisioned, was priced almost exactly between traditional solid surface and laminate countertops.

The success of the product was immediately evident with the sale of over 2,000 jobs in the first year alone. By the end of 2004 more than 12,000 residential kitchens and bathrooms had Visioneer® countertops on their cabinets.

Visioneer® Solid Surface Sinks were introduced in 2000. Available in 32 colors, their hallmark is the ability to match 20 of the Visioneer® countertop’s aggregate colors.

Visioneer® Solid Surface Tub & Shower Surrounds followed in 2003. The wall panels are available in all 52 Visioneer® aggregate colors.

The introduction of Vision™ Solid Surface at the International Solid Surface Expo in Las Vegas this year is the company’s most recent contribution to the solid surface industry. This entry into the “traditional” solid surface market features flexible sheet sizes, maximizing material usage while minimizing waste, without sacrificing quality.

EVS Solutions, Inc. is wholly owned by Steve and Carolyn Aldridge. The solid surface division of the company was developed and is headed by their son Travis Aldridge, Executive Vice President.

EVS Solutions currently employs 140 people at its three plants. The company’s dealer and fabricator customer base is located in the Midwest. Corporate headquarters are located at N94 W14662 Garwin Mace Dr. in Menomonee Falls, Wl 53051.
